NEW LIVELINESS PROVOKED. NEW YORK, September 7. The Ottawa correspondent- of the “New York Times” says that the visit to London of the Prime Minister oi Canada (Mr W. L. Mackenzie King), has had repercussions that are likely to provoke a new liveliness in Canada’s conduct, of the war. . He himself has obviously been stirred up by contact with the leaders and people of Britain. When he returns he seems likely to find that -his London visit and the speeches he has made have served to galvanise his own countrymen. People ate saying in Ottawa: “Wo have not begun to fight, and it is time we did.”
