PASSAGE THROUGH THE DARDANELLES. “SALE” TO NON-BELLIGERENT. (Roc. 12.25 p.m. LONDON, July 7. The British. United Press correspondent at Ankara, says that the Axis is scheming to get warships through tho Dardanelles. Tt is reported that Italy sold to Bulgaria eight destroyers which can be delivered through the Dardanelles because Bulgaria is a non-bellig-erent. It is planned to deliver the ships with. Italian crews because of the scarcity of Bulgarian crews.
