(Rec. 10.55 a.m. LONDON, July 7. “ During Sunday, units of our destroyers waged a battle against enemy naval vessels that were attempting to break through to the Gulf of Riga,” states a Russian communique. “As a result of this battle two enemy destroyers were sunk, while an enemy submarine was destroyed in a minefield in the mouth pf the Gulf of Finland.”
