VICHY AND BERLIN.
REPORTED NEW AGREEMENT.
LONDON, May 13
Diplomatic circles in Vichy believe that the Vice-Premier (Admiral Darlan) obtained from Hitler an arrangement replacing tho armistice, which would liberate Paris and give the Vichy Government four-fifths of France, but retain for Germany the coal and iron mines, all ports on tho north and west coasts, and all river mouths. It is believed that Admiral Darlan has not yet reported the results of his negotiations to Marshal Detain.
