CO-OPERATION WITH ALLIES, 20 VESSELS, OF 100,000 TONS. (Rec. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON 1 , April 8. The “Journal of Commerce” reports that a decision to link 20 Yugoslav merchant ships, aggregating about 100,000 tons, in or near Western Hemisphere ports, with British and Allied shipping in the fullest co-opera-tion, was reached yesterday following a, conference of Yugoslav shipowners with the British Ministry of Shipping and the Yugoslav Minister (M. Fotitch). ' -
