THE ALLENTON CLUB. 7 - - - 'i V ' The committee of the Allenton Swimming Club met last evening, when the president (Mr W. James) presided over a good attendance. The euchre party and dance at which trophies will bo presented was fixed, for Saturday, April 5, in the Allenton School. The proceeds are to be donated to the sports queen. The treasurer reported a satisfactory financial position. It was decided to close the baths from next Saturday. A trophy presented for sportsmanship during the season was awarded to Miss P. Johnston.»
