CLEOPATftA’S 'NEEDLE. (Pec. 11.55 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 24. It is revealed that /Cleopatra’s Needle, on the Thames embankment, which was in the last war, when three persons were killed and nine wounded in the vicinity, was slightly damaged in a recent raid.
