DISPATCH TO SINGAPORE. LATEST FIGHTERS FOR CHINA.NEW, YORK, February 21. The "New York Herald-Tribune” says that Lockheed and Consolidated bombers are being flown across the Pacific from San Diego, San Pedro, and. other Californian ports to Singapore!. It says also that 12 former United States Navy pilots liave landed at Batavia to. be flying instructors, and that 70 Curtiss P4O pursuit aircraft, the latest United States briny fighters, are en route by sea to China. The Lockheed and Consolidated bombers , have . American; civil pilots to Honolulu. Two hundred bombers are involved in the present ferrying operation. ■
