GERMANS MUTINY
THE TROOPS IN BELGIUM. RELIABLE SOURCE QUOTED. MANY severely PUNISHED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, February 21. Mutinies among German troops in Belgium before being moved up to the coast are reported by Belgian sources in London, which quote a most reliable correspondent as saying that, many have been severely punished. Since the occupation of Belgium 110 acts of sabotage to telephones have been reported. .
