TWO OF THREE ARMIES READY THE POSITION IN BULGARIA (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, February 19. The British United Press correspondent at Belgrade reports that Bulgaria has already mobilised two of hey thiee armies and mobilisation is continuing. It is authoritatively stated from Athens that no pressure has been exerted on Greece by loreign sources in connection with any peace moves. The Tuirkish-Bulgarian declaration has not changed the existing commitments in the Balkans.
