ATTACKS BY ROYAL AIR FORCE,
BOMBS IN THE TARGET AREAS.
IN AID TO WEST OF BARDIA

A Royal Air Force Middle East communique states: “Enemy troops and motor transport and concentrations of military stores in and to the west of Bardia were heavily attacked by R.A.F. bombers yesterday. Several raids were made and on each occasion our bombs fell within the target area. Our fighters were active throughout the day, but no contact, was made with the enemy. One enemy aircraft was seen to be burning on the ground.”—British Official Wireless.
ARTILLERY AGAIN ACTIVE.
BRITISH IN BARDIA AREA

A communique issued by General Headquarters at Cairo states: “In the Bardia area of Libya our artillery has again been active. On the frontiers of Sudan patrolling and artillery activities continues. ’ ’—British Official Wireless.
