GERMANY AND SWEDEN SIGN.

(United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, December 17.

The Stockjholm correspondent of “The Times” says that the conclusion of a trade agreement between Sweden and Germany for 1941 envisages a turn r over approaching £118,000,000, making Sweden Germany’s most important trade partner, not excluding Russia. Sweden will thus retain a comparatively strbng trading position in spite of being hemmed in.

Besides iron ore at the same general price as in 1946, Swedish exports to Germany will be mainly timber, pttlp, and paper.
