TIBETANS SHOOT INTRUDERS.

MISSIONARY 7 MURDERED

SHANGHAI, November 30

Tibetan bandits have murdered the only Christian missionary avlio succeeded in penetrating the jealouslyguarded stronghold of Buddhism. The missionary, Pere Nussbaum, Avas captured, robbed and shot in cold blood Avhile returning to his post on the Tibetan border after visiting Yunnan province in China.

Guiyaut Avere ambushed by the brigands as they Ayere attempting to cross the frontier into Tibet. In the course of the gunfight M. Liotard Avas shot dead, M. Guiyaut escaping Avith the majority of the coolie porters.
