THAILAND AIR BASES BOMBED.
SIAMESE ATTACK ON CAMP

It is stated that early on Tuesday the French heavily and successfully retaliated for the bombing, on Monday, of Kiengkfeousank military camp, south of Cientane. They dropped three tons of explosives on the Thailand, air bases at Nongkhay. Udron and Sakonlakon.

ALLEGED BURNING OF VILLAGES
BANGKOK, December 17
A communique says, that French aeroplanes on Sunday bombed Nakornpanom, where Thai anti-aircraft guns shot down one raider. Aeroplanes also bombed Mukdahan.
The communique said the French bombing of Nakornapanom and Mukdahan was regarded as a reply to Bangkok’s peace appeal on Saturday. It is believed that Thailand will retaliate. The communique elaimdd that the French were burning villages- on the east shore of the Mekong-River because they suspected the loyalty of the villagers. It is claimed that the French are doing their utmost to suppress the independence movement through punishments, including the mass drowning of chained natives.
