BREAD RESTRICTIONS.
DECREE ISSUED IN HUNGARY.
LONDON, December 16
It is reported' from Budapest that a Government decree makes only three kinds of bread available in Hungary. Oiie is wheat bread, another a rye bread, and the third a mixture of rye and wheat flour.
