MUST FACE OBLIGATIONS.
(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day
Persons seeking to avoid conscription by the simple means of not appearing for medical examination will be compelled to face up to their obligations, according to an announcement made by the Prime Minister when tho House of Representatives mot to-day. The question Avas raised by Mr>W. J. Broadfoot, avlio asked what steps the Government proposed to take to ensure that such men did not avoid their obligations.
