The Ministry of Agriculture has decreed that a glasshouse florist must halve his sowing of flowers in 1921, or devote the wdiole of his glass to the production of food in summer. He may use the glass as he wishes in winter. Another decree makes ration car ls necessary for the feeding of domestic fowls, a census of which is being taken.
