UNION OF NATIONS.

There can he no secure world peace without world) organisation, writes an American newspaper editor. One way is through a League of Nations, which attempts to embi’ace all nations at one time. That might have worked. But, with us Americans out, it did not work, and it is not feasible to attempt to revive' it now. The other is to build a Union of Nations through natural growth. The British Commonwealth of Nations is such a natural growth. It may be natural, too, that the United States, the son who has made good in a big way on his own, should join forces with the brothers and sisters in promoting and protecting our common estate of freedom. It is something to think about—deeply.
