HAKATERE SERVICES.

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON. At a meeting of the Ashburton Ministers’ Association to-day arrangements were made foil’ services at Halcatere on Sunday evenings at 8.30, during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The president (the Kev. R, St Watson) presided. A programme was arranged l as follow: —December 22, the Rev. W. F. Evans; December 29, Rev. A. Mcßean; January 5, Pastor J. 'Lowe; January 12, Rev. W. N. Flett; January 19, Major R, A. Liddell • January 26, to be arranged. If was decided that the “Bible in Schools” classes should conclude for the year next week. The next meeting, to be the annual meeting, was fixed for Tuesday, February 6, 1941.
