A press regort states that a flightlieutenant who led one formation ni the attack on Durazzo said: “It. was one of th% most successful raids my flight has made. AVe got dead over the target and dropped bombs smack on the docks and ship‘ping alongside'. One salvo fell among some barges, one of which was blown clean out of the water. My observer saw it upside down.”

Another pilot, states: “Wo came down through a cold cloud-bank over the harbour. The anti-aircraft fire was very heavy), but we went through and found our targets. I saw two heavy bombs explode in the dead centre of a big ship. Another ship was on fire.”— British Official Wireless.
