The Air Ministry says that though bombs were dropped during part of the night in widely-separated places in many parts of the country, the enemy s attack was mainly concentrated on a town in Southern England. Houses and public and commercial buildings were damaged by explosives and fire. Seven Italian and four German planes were destroyed yesterday without loss to us.
