ARMY RUGBY

NEW ZEALAND TEAM.

PLAYING ROSSLYN PARK TO-DAY GREAT INTEREST IN ENGLAND. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 22. A representative Dominion Service Rngby team will play in London tomorrow for the first time since the last war. A New Zealand Fifteen will play Rosslyh Park, one of England’s finest teams formed in 1879. The game s long-standing controversy will be revived with the N.Z.E.F., wearing All Black jerseys, taking the field in traditional All Black formation, while the Rosslyn Park team will play the English formation. Much dramatic interest will be absent for the Rosslyn Park team who are mourning the loss of Prince Obolensky a former Air Force officer, who was accidentally killed ,on March 29. His brilliant dashes had long thrilled English spectators. ‘Another absentee will be G. Hollis, the well-known threequarter, who is playing for Majoi Stanley’s fifteen against Oxford. A compensating interest is derived from the fact that there has been no major Rugby since the outbreak of war because. many English Rugby players have been called up for national service. Colonel T. R. King selected the N.Z.E.F. team, who will be the first representative side since their arrival. E. W. Tindill, who is to'captain them, is remembered as half-back of the 1935 All Blacks during their tour of Britain and wicket-keeper for NewZeaknd during the tour of England in 1937. C. S. Pepper, outstanding in the N.Z.E.F. pack, toured Britain in 1935. The teams are:—. N.Z.E.F. Full-back: R. Simpson, a _ Three-quarters: J. R. O’Hearn, C. P. Campbell, R. E. Patterson. Five-eighths: H.
