TURKEY AND GERMANY
ATTITUDE TO MOVE ON GREECE.
MARCH IF BULGARIA ATTACKS.
LONDON, November 21
Authoritative circles at Ankara said that Turkey would refuse any German request for her approval of the movement of troops through Bulgaria. Under her guarantee to Greece, Turkey would in no wav be involved. Political circles declared that Turkey had taken her decision and made her dispositions, and she would march if Bulgaria attacked Greece.
An extraordinary session of the Turkish Cabinet was held last night. The Cabinet sat for an hour.
The Prime Minister (Dr. Refik Saydam) addressed a private meeting of members of the Chamber of Deputies and approval was given to “now and urgent measures made necessary bv world events.” It is not stated what the measures are.
