ANOTHER EXPLOSION.
MUNITIONS IN CANADA. OFFICIALS CONCEAL DAMAGE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) MONTREAL, November 19. It is disclosed that three men were killed in an explosion last night at the Government munitions plant in the. town of Nobel, Ontario. Officials said the cause of the explosion was not known, and declined to divulge details of the damage. '
