RAILWAY WORKERS’ DISPUTE DEPUTATION TO MINSTER (Per Press Association). CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. “A settlement is now in sight-,” said the Minister of Public Works (the Hon R. Semple) after an hour’s discussion this morning with a, deputation from tine* Oaro railway construction works. “The men met me in* a very fine spirit and there was no sign of hostility or antagonism at all.”
