YOUTHS ARRESTED.

STOLEN CAR RECOVERED. (Per Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, November 8. A car converted at Palmerston North on Thursday night was recovered at Uruti, 20 miles north of New Plymouth this aftei'noon. Two youths, aged 16 and 17, were seen by a fanner to leave the cay. lie communicated with the police and the youths were arrested at Tongaporutu, Id miles north of Uruti. They will be charged at New Plymouth to-morrow.
