CREW OF SUNKEN STEAMER. t THIRTEEN OTHERS DROWNED. (Received This Day, 12.28 p.m.) ALCxE'CIRAS, November 5. Twenty-eight members of the crew' from the Kingston Sapphire, the sinking of which was reported on October 11, have arrived at Gibraltar. They spent 15 days in small boats before being picked up by a Spanish tanker. Thirteen of the crew were drowned.
