SALONIKA BOMBED

JEWISH QUARTERS ATTACKED.

SCARCELY A STREET ESCAPES.

FOUR RAIDERS BROUGHT DOWN

(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, November 4.

Twelve Italian bombers raided Salonika yesterday morning. A hospital was hit. Four aeroplanes were brought down.

A Salonika message, describing the air raid, says that the Jewish quarters were the main targets, in which there was no military objective. Scarcely a street in the old quarters of the town, wherein thousands of Spanish Jews are living, escaped damage.
