MINIATURE RIFLES.
THE WILLOWBY CLUB. A successful end-of-season ball in eonniectioui with the Willowby Miniature Rifle Club was held in the Willowby Hall. The attendance was good, the music was supplied by Dabourn’s Orchestra. Fancy dances were won by Miss McKenzie and Mr E. Watt, Monte Carlo and lucky spot by Mr J. Papworth and partner. Mr S'. H. Lill (foir the president of the Club, Mr S. P. Taylor) presented the trophies won during the season, which had been a particularly successful one. The Grigg Cup was won, by E‘. Harper, H. Pearce, A. Maguinness and ,J. Parrish, the senior aggregate by E. Harper; runner-up, T. Mackay; junior aggregate by G. Lill. Winners of trophies donated by Mesdames Cass, Maguinness and Read, Messrs Pratley, Mackay, S. P. Taylor, Gluyas, E. Seal, J. Harper, R. Frisby, Wright-Stephen-son and Co., Ltd., R. Burnett, 0. Elms and K. Johnstone were:—E. Chapman (2), C. Lill (2), E. Vessey, B. Turnbull (2), R. Chapmn, A. Maguinnisss (2), J. Parrish (2), G. Lill, H. Pearce, L. Chambers, T. C'obden and N. Maguinness.
