The United Press correspondent at Berlin says that well-informed circles are confident that the Italian-Greeli conflict will he localised. They are convinced that Turkey will not be involved if Bulgaria is neutral. The Berlin radio gave out the following from Wilhelmstrasse circles: Germany’s relations with third Powers would always depend on the latter s attitude toward Italy. Various official Italian statements have proved unilateral favour has been granted by Greece to Britain, and the Italian reaction is therefore but part of the common struggle against Britain.
