ST. JAMES THEATRE. With a grand cast in Madeleine Carroll, Fred" MaeMui ray, Allan. Jones. Akim Tamiroff' and Carolyn Lee, “Honeymoon in Bali” with its saucy, witty dialogue, its fresh amusing situations and incessant bombardment of delicious funt will be screen finally tonight. A well-balanced and excellently varied double star programme is assured the many followers of this weeks two feature bill. In “Marshal of Mesa City” one of tine year’s finest Westerns is screened. Dealing in exciting and suspenseful fashion with the daring exploits of a young peace officer’s efforts to (bring law and order to a- frontier town under the dominant rule of an outlaw sheriff, “The Marshal of Mesa City” presents George O’Brien in a. dramatic and action-packecl film. There is gunplay in the picture and action galore, as was the case during the period upon which the production was based, but thrills depend less upon shooting than upon suspense and twists of plot. Virginia Vale provides the romantic interest. The associate feature “That’s Right You’re Wrong” stars Kay Kyser and his famous baud, Adolphe Menjou and boasts such; feature pkiyeiv names as that of May Robson. Edwa/rd Everett Horton, Lucille Ball, Denis O’Keefe •and Roscoe Karns. The picture crowds an immense amount of snappy new music, Hollywood satire and unroarious novelty entertainment into its footage. As part of its plot action, the film presents “The College of Musical Knowledge,” the radio audience-participa-tion show which -has earned Kyser renown over the air lanes.
