The Mariposa, which was expected at Aupkland on Monday from Sydney, will be'delayed a day in _ order to connect with the liner Lurline at Honolulu on October 31, before leaving Honolulu for the Far East. The Mariposa is now expected here on Tuesday. Expected here on November 25 from the Far East via. Sydney, the Monterey, which will then be a week behind, her north abound schedule*, will discharge and load cargo here. Her passengers will be Americans from the Far East. Passengers for S'an Francisco on the Mariposa., which will leave Auckland on Tuesday night for Honolulu via Suva and Pago Pago, will be transferred .to the liner Lurline on, October 31 for the rest of the voyage.
