GOVERNORS RETIRED.
IN FORMOSA AND KOREA. FOR DEFENCE STRATEGY. '(Received This Day, 9,30 a.m.) * TOKIOj. October 10. The Kokiunin says that Prince Konoye in conformity with the new national structure, will shortly retire Admiral Seizo Kobayashi and 1 General Jiro Minami, Govermors-iGeneral of Formosa and Korea respectively, since 1936.
-On account of defence strategy their successors will be an admiral for Formosa and a lieutenant-general for Korea.
