MEMORIAL SERVICE.
THE LATE REV. W. MARSHALL. OBSERVANCE AT TTNWALD. St. James’s Presbyterian Church, Tinwald, was filled to capac-itv lastevening, when a memorial service was held to the memory of the late Rev. W. Marshall, for 19 years minister in charge of the Timvald-Flemington-Lagmhor charge. In the pulpit were the Revs. D. D. McLnchlun and W. Fairlic Evans (a college friend of Mr Marshall). The choir sang “What are These Arrayed in White?” and “No Burdens Yonder.”
Mr Fairlie Evans spoke of the faith and earnestness of Mr Marshall. He took ns his text the words of St. Paul, “I have kept the faith, I hate fought the good fight, I liny© finished my course.”
