PURCHASED FOR GERMANY. QUISLING CARRIES OUT ORDERS. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) ZURICH, October 4. .It is reported from Berlin that a semi-official German trading company has purchased the greater part of Norway’s winter food stocks for immediate delivery to Germany. Payment is to be in Reich credit certificates. Major Quisling has banned Jewish doctors, lawyers and civil servants, and Jewisli-owned shops must be clearly marked. Rotary clubs have boon closed and their property confiscated. All sports and social clubs are under police observation.
