COLOGNE RAIDED.
TWENTY CIVILIAN CASUALTIES. REPORT BY THE GERMANS. (Received This Day, 12.45 p.ra.) LONDON, Septembei- 30.
The Bremen radio announced that several British planes raided the thickly-populated residential quarters of Cologne. Incendiaries and explosives caused 16 casualties, and there were, four deaths.
