SEVERELY MANHANDLED.
DIPLOMAT’S VISIT HINDERED. (Received This Day, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, September 29. The British Consul at Bucharest succeeded in seeing the five British men who have been arrested by tiro Rumanians after obstruction, and fount that they apparently have- been subjected to a severe manhandling. Attemps to see Mrs Tracey and again to visit the men failed.
