BRITONS IN RUMANIA.
FORCED TO SIGN DOCUMENT. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) BUCHAREST, September 27. Two Britons, Messrs Charles Brasier, an engineer, and Reginald Young, chief chemist to the Romana Americana Oil Company, were badly beaten up at Ploesti and forced to sign a declaration that they were preparing to sabotage the plant. It is .understood they have been brought to Bucharest for expulsion.
