Baxter,- Great Chief O. G. Vial, Ex-Great Chief A. H. Todd; songs, Mr C ! . C. Brand. The toast list was as follows: “The King,” proposed hy Tohunga J. H. Browne; “The Great Chief,” propos-. ed by Ex-Great Chief F. J. Chambers and responded to by the,Great Chief; “The Council,” proposed by Savage P. Dyer and resoonded to by Warrior R-. T. Drennan / “Club Members/’ pro-, posed hy Brave A. A. Todd and responded to by Savage G. D. H. Hefford; “The Performers and. Orchestra” proposed by Brave M. JO. Cunneen and responded to by Musical Director E. R. Hopwood; “Kindred Clubs,” coupled with the name of the New Zealand president (Mr A. H. Todd), proposed by Ex-Great Chief A. O. Wilson and responded to by Ex-Great Chief Todd. The singing of “Old Lang Syne,” concluded the proceedings.
