DECREES IN NORWAY.

ABOLITION OF ROYAL HOUSE.

ACTION BY THE NAZIS.

OSLO, September 25

The German Commissioner in Norway (Herr Terboven), in a broadcast, admitted the failure of negotiations to bring the Norwegian political parties into line with German demands. For this reason the Germans had decreed :

(1) That the Royal House should bo abolished and the Royal Family and Norwegian Government abroad should be permanently exiled. (2) That a German-controlled State Council of 13 members should be appointed. (3) That all political parties should be dissolved. .

Herr Terboven said the political parties hitherto had prevented the people from learning the truth of Gorman aims, and had consistently aimed at a pro-British reorientation.
