It is learned here that British forces in North Africa have been harassing Italian convoys that Avei’e taking stores to Capuzzo.. It is estimated that the Italian losses in A'ohiclos and personnel exceed those of the British fivefold.
RAIN STOPS LAND OPERATIONS.
STRONG FORCES AT MOYALE.
(Receded This Day, 11.3 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. A communique issued in Gaiyo states: “On all fronts there are no land operations to report. There has been almost continuous rain in most areas on the Abyssinian frontier.” The Nairobi communique states: “Today our ground forces made contact Avith strong enemy forces in the M'oyale area. iFurthey reports are awaited.” —British Official Wireless.
