BRITISH OIL INTERESTS.
VARIOUS POINTS OUTSTANDING.

It is officially stated that the British protest to Rumania declares that a return to normal Anglo-Rumanian relations cannot be looked for until various points associated with Rumania s treatment of British oil interests are cleared up.
