LORD PERTH RESIGNS.

INFORMATION MINISTRY POST. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 28. It is officially stated that the Earl of Perth has resigned as the consequences of certain changes in the. organisation of the higher staff of the Ministry of Information. Interviewed by the “Daily Mail” Lord Perth stated: “I resigned because I consider the, department for which I was working redundant, therefore my position, was not justified or, of it were justified, insufficient use was made of my services. I have no quarrel with Mr Duff-Cooper.”
