The .items, included: Industries and commerce £531,015, working railways £8,633,909, Iron and Steel Industry £IO,OOO, Mines Department £250,000, State Coal Mines £442,839, External Affairs Department £215,943, Native Department £2,470,000, Native Trustee Account £16,670, Land for Settlement £399,900, Land and Survey Department £400,000, State Forests £500,000, Marine Department £172,000., and Police Department £645,000.
