WOUNDS PROVE FATAL.

ITALIAN CRUISER COMMANDER (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 24. According to a message from Alexandria the captain of the Italian cruiser Bartolomeo Colleoni, who was wounded when his ship was sunk by the Australian cruiser Sydney, died aboard a British hospital ship at Alexandria and was buried in the British military eemetary this afternoon with full honours. Those present at the funeral included several British naval officers and 200 ratings.—British Official Wireless.
