MOTOR IST IN UNITED STATES. (United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 23. , A message from Bonneville Salt Flats (Utah) states that a motorist, A. B. Jenkins, broke 21 world records from 50 kilometres to 3000 miles, from one hour to 24 hours, during a 20-hour endurance run, averaging 161.18 miles an hour.
