GERMAN ALLEGATIONS.
THE BOMBINGS BY BRITISH. "NON-MILITARY OBJECTIVES.” (Received This Day, 1.40 min.) LONDUN, July 23. The German press gives prominence to allegations of .British bombing of non-military objectives. Germany alleges that they increased after Hitler s speech and consequently can he regarded only as a. reply. It is stated 18 persons were killed and 23 injured in Royal Air Force raids on towns and villages from the Baltic to> the Ruhr.
