A message from Chicago says: “The Roosevelt third-term band waggon, got off to a rolling start within 10 minutes of the opening of the Democratic Convention. The Mayor (Mr Kelly) mentioned Mr Roosevelt’s name, touching off tlye ftrst floor demonstration.”
