U.S. NEUTRALITY ACT. PUBLIC DEMAND GROWING. (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June, 12. Representative Celler announced that he: is introducing a Bill to repeal legal prohibitions against Amercians enlisting in the Allied forces. He urged the repeal of the Johusou Act, barring loans to debtor nations, and predicted that “public opinion would soon he strong enough to demand the repeal of the Neutrality Act in its entirety.”
