ST. JAMES THEATRE. A widely varied and entertaining three-star programme is showing tonight and .again to-morrow afteinoon and evening with Chapter 13 of “The Lone Ranger Rides Again.” A dramatic story of a great father-and-son fellowship, through which is stitched fine threads of comedy and romance is Bobby Breen’s new starring film, “Fisherman’s Wharf.” The cast includes Leo Carrillo, Armetta and Slicker the famous seal. In “The Man They Could Not Hang” even the most hardened horror fan is in fo j an evening of suspense with Boris Karloff, a startling drama it unfolds in sensational fashion, Lorna Gray. Robert Wilcox and Roger Pryor furnish the support roles. With such diversified fare big houses are assured. Booking for Saturday with George Formby in “Come on George” is moving rapidly and intending patrons would be well advised to make early reservation.
